Available Positions

Laser Machine Operator – Full Time

WORK LOCATION - SINGAPORE

We are looking for a competent Laser machine operator to operate high end and CNC Machinery.

On-Job training is provided for committed candidate

Responsibilities:

  • Read and perform simple programming if needed.
  • Support production activities including moving of raw material, loading of material onto machine and packaging operation
  • Meet tight and demanding production schedule and delivery requirements.
  • Perform trouble-shooting, daily housekeeping and regular machine maintenance.
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor

Requirements:

  • Must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level in any field.
  • Read and interpret technical drawing.
  • Skill in operating CNC machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement tools.
  • Good technical and mechanical aptitude preferred.
  • At least 1 to 2 years relevant working experience.
  • Manufacturing environment working experience.
  • Willing to work overtime on weekdays or weekends when required.
  • Able to work independently and is a good team player with good attitude.
  • Able to perform 12-hour shift work (day & night shift available)
  • Proficiency in English preferred.

Purchaser – Full Time

WORK LOCATION - SINGAPORE/ MALAYSIA

We are looking for a Purchaser to join our Dynamic Operations team!

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing goods, materials, and services at competitive prices to support manufacturing operations and inventory accuracy.
  • Evaluate, coordinate, and support technical sourcing based on project requirements
  • Issue purchase orders.
  • Manage the approved vendor list which includes assessing supplier performance.
  • Manage the shipping schedules and custom clearances of purchased materials.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience working in the procurement department in an operations and manufacturing field
  • The ability to understand basic engineering principles
  • Proficient in SAP.
  • Job will also require the performance of other duties and activities as directed..

Quality Control Inspector – Full Time

WORK LOCATION - SINGAPORE

We are looking for a Quality Control Inspector to join our Dynamic QAQC team!

Responsibilities

  • Perform assigned inspection and test activities across Wilhelm group facilities
  • Perform applicable incoming, in-process and final inspection as per quality plan
  • Operate Coordinate Measuring Machine and Faro Arm equipment
  • Verifying compliance with applicable test specifications, codes, standards and customer specification
  • Prepare and submit required quality report(s), certification or documentation
  • Ensure clear identification of product inspection status

Requirements

  • Good diploma in Engineering or equivalent
  • Possess minimally UT/MPI/DPI ASNT or PCN NDT Level II certification
  • Minimum 2 years of QAQC work experience
  • Proficient in reading drawings / blueprints
  • Previous experience in and/or familiarity with the oil & gas industry preferred

Design Engineer (Manufacturing / Oil & Gas) - Full Time

WORK LOCATION - SINGAPORE

We are looking for a Design Engineer to join our Dynamic Engineering team!

Responsibilities

  • Design component and assembly with CAD software. Prepare engineering drawings and engineering bill of material
  • Analyse, design, develop, maintain products and assist in their commercialization
  • Review technical documentation including engineering specifications, drawings, calculation packs, bill of materials, guidelines and repair procedures
  • Checking and approving drawings, information and documentation which meets engineering standard to enable the manufacturing group and other departments to produce and market product
  • Attend and initiate Design and Development Planning and Review session to meet customer's and industry's need

Requirements

  • Have a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Have experience (5years) in mechanical engineering in Oil & Gas engineering or other related fields. At least 3 years of product design experience in Manufacturing / Oil & Gas Inductry
  • Have knowledge in API Standards and Monogram
  • AutoCAD and #D design are the basic knowledge. Most preferably already familiar with ProE/Creo, Solidworks, CATIA. NX or similar CAD and FEA/CFD program
  • Display good oral and written communication and presentation skills in English
