CNC Milling Machinist - Full time
WORK LOCATION - SINGAPORE
The main duties of the job will be to:
Responsibilities
- Setup, operate and execute various machining works using CNC/conventional horizontal milling machine and horizontal borer machines.
- Meet tight and demanding production schedule and delivery requirements.
- Perform trouble-shooting, daily housekeeping and regular machine maintenance.
- Select proper work holding devices and correct tools.
- Read and perform simple programming if needed.
- Coordinate with operation manager for cost control initiatives and continuous improvement.
- Report to the Machining Department Supervisor.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of machining centre experience and knowledge.
- Read and interpret technical drawing.
- Strong technical and mechanical aptitude.
- Able to work rotating shifts.
- Able to operate machine independently and work well under pressure.
- Ability to operate vertical lathe machines is an advantage.
- ITE graduates with good mechanical, electrical or machining knowledge welcomed.
Quality Control Inspector – Full Time
WORK LOCATION - SINGAPORE
We are looking for a Quality Control Inspector to join our Dynamic QAQC team!
Responsibilities
- Perform assigned inspection and test activities across Wilhelm group facilities
- Perform applicable incoming, in-process and final inspection as per quality plan
- Operate Coordinate Measuring Machine and Faro Arm equipment
- Verifying compliance with applicable test specifications, codes, standards and customer specification
- Prepare and submit required quality report(s), certification or documentation
- Ensure clear identification of product inspection status
Requirements
- Good diploma in Engineering or equivalent
- Possess minimally UT/MPI/DPI ASNT or PCN NDT Level II certification
- Minimum 2 years of QAQC work experience
- Proficient in reading drawings / blueprints
- Previous experience in and/or familiarity with the oil & gas industry preferred
