A TIG process with hot-wire addition where the deposited filler metal is heated by passing a current through it. It is a highly productive process in comparison to the conventional TIG process with cold wire.
Our weld overlay cladding is performed using fully automated Hot Wire Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) machines. This process uses both single and tandem torch with single and twin wire feeding configurations to increase production efficiency.
All of our weld overlay procedures are qualified as per ASME Section IX, NACE MR0175, API 6A and according to customer specifications.
