Helms oil tool manufacturing (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is a specialised laser cladding service provider with emphasis on O&G drilling tools related. Helms also offers Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding, High Velocity Oxygen Fuel (HVOF) coating, machining and fabrication services. Established in 2012, it is Wilhelm’s sole subsidiary in China. Along with a strong internal quality assurance team, we aim to better serve our customers in the domestic and international market.

Wilhelm Cladding Philippines OPC was established in 2023 to serve the energy sector. The company operates under Wilhelm SEA Pte Ltd, with its headquarters based in Singapore. We specialize in the manufacture, repair, and servicing of oilfield, geothermal, and gas field machinery, as well as related equipment. Our solutions support both upstream and downstream energy industries, delivering durability, performance, and reliability in demanding operating environments. The establishment of our Philippines operations strengthens our regional presence, enabling us to better support existing customers from our Singapore operations while expanding our reach to new local clients. Through our local setup, we are committed to providing timely on-site technical support, responsive troubleshooting, and efficient repair services, ensuring minimal downtime and enhanced service quality for our customers.
