Hot Wire Tig Cladding

WILHELM (S.E.A.) Pte. Ltd. provides weld overlay cladding using fully automated Hot Wire TIG machines. The Hot Wire TIG process uses both single and tandem torch with single and twin wire feeding configurations. All of our weld overlay procedures are qualified as per ASME Section IX with reference to relevant industry standards such as NACE MR0175 and API 6A to name a few. Customer specifications (e.g. % Iron dilution) are also considered and achieved accordingly with our Hot wire TIG process.

Bends (3D-5D) or on customer requirement, SR/LR Elbows, Tees, Reducers, Hubs /Caps Weld overlay can be carried out on elbows prior
to forming or after induction bending depending on
